NILG Federal Contractor & Subcontractor Compliance Info Center

Information, tools, and resources to help federal contractors and subcontractors comply with regulations and meet disability utilization goals.

This Info Center offers information and resources to help NILG members and others understand and comply with federal laws and regulations related to employment of people with disabilities, specifically those relevant to federal contractors and subcontractors. It includes links to webpages, factsheets, FAQs, and guides on topics such as the benefits of recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing workers with disabilities; where to find job candidates with disabilities; and self-identification of disability. The Info Center was developed as part of ODEP's Alliance with NILG.

NILG is a non-profit organization made up of federal contractors and subcontractors and regulatory agencies working toward achieving equal employment opportunities for all. NILG was formed in 1992 to help improve communications between the Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and Industry Liaison Groups and enhance their quality and overall effectiveness.

EARN is a resource of DOL's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). ODEP is the only non-regulatory federal agency that promotes policies and coordinates with employers and all levels of government to increase workplace success for people with disabilities. ODEP's mission is to develop and influence policies and practices that increase the number and quality of employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
